We are and oil and gas company. United’s business model is to hold assets within the oil and gas life cycle to deliver value for the shareholders. 

Focused on growth. We have refocused our portfolio, have organic near-term growth opportunities and high-impact exploration. We are looking to complement this growth with M&A activity.

2015

Acquired PL090 licence, onshore UK

2016
  • Farm-in agreed on the Podere Gallina licence, containing the Selva Gas Field, Italy
  • Admission to the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market
  • Farmed-in to Walton-Morant licence, Jamaica
2017
  • Farm-in agreements signed on offshore UK Licences P1918 and P2264 (Colter and Acle)
  • Award of two blocks, including the Crown oil discovery, in the UK 30th Licensing Round
  • Selva Gas Field development plan approved
2018
  • Move from Standard Market to AIM
  • Awarded four Blocks in the UK 31st Licensing Round
  • SPA signed on Rockhopper Egypt’s Abu Sennan assets
  • Divestment of Licence P2366 (Crown)
2019
  • Completion of Rockhopper Egypt acquisition
  • 100% equity stake and operatorship of the Walton Morant licence in Jamaica secured
  • Provisional award of Blocks 15/18e and 15/19c, containing the Maria and 15/18a-6 Discoveries, in the UK’s 32nd offshore licensing round
2020
  • Group full-year 2021 production averaged 2,327 boepd net
  • 100% exploration and development success from the five well development and exploration drilling programme in Egypt
  • Divestment of asset in Italy
2021
  • Group full-year 2022 production averaged 1,312 boepd net
  • Completion of Italy divestment
